Repost: Option A or Option B
Think on this repost next time you think you can have just one. I am sticking with Option B. It may be tough at the start but it gets easier - it gets better and I will say honestly I went from an unhappy, miserable person who did not want to quit to a happy - even though some days suck - person who never wants to smoke again.

- Hold . . . still on the table for up to 30 minutes.
- Hold . . . your breath multiple times.
- Remain . . . still and do not to cough during the procedure.
- Maintain . . . the same breath to insure proper needle placement.
- Fact: Small incision approximately 1/8 of an inch, will be made into the skin.
- Fact: Needle is generally several inches long.
- Fact: Barrel thickness similar to a large paper clip.
- Fact: Needle is hollow so it can capture the tissue specimen.
- Fact: Tissue specimen is pulled into the needle by suction.
- Risk: Bleeding.
- Risk: Coughing up blood (hemoptysis).
- Risk: Infection.
- Risk: Punctured lung allowing air to leak into the chest cavity, collapsed lung.
- Benefit: Less invasive than open and closed surgery.
- Reality: In a some cases, tissue obtained may not be adequate for diagnosis.
That's for a Needle Biopsy of Lung Nodules:
- Easiest way that tissue can be safely removed from the body for testing.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Option B:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Hold . . . on to your Quit.
- Remain . . . smoke free.
- Maintain . . . your focus.
- Fact: Quitting smoking is not painful.
- Risk: None.
- Benefit: Live healthier, live longer
- Reality: You can do it.
That's for Quitting Smoking:
- Easier than Option A
