Good morning. 12:55am in my little part of the world. Just checked the weather for today. Current temperature is 45° under clear skies. We have zero wind and 91% humidity. Our temperature will rise to 65° and sunshine abound. Another great day for a NOPE day.Yesterday was a busy work day. Have reached the decision our leadership team needs and education on how to deliver corrective conversations. One young lady made an error, ok it happens, it wasn't a catastrophic event. They talked to her like she was stupid and did it publicly. Came to me near tears. We talked. She calmed down then later she sent me a text thanking me for making her feel valued. Words hurt. Always remember that....once you say it you can't take it back.Well time to finish the coffee and read the email. Y'all have a fantastic Saturday and as always please be nice be kind today.

Maybe the leadership team needs better training on how to handle situations - not right to make her feel small and stupid. Sometimes they forget to think about their actions as well. I am glad you were able to calm her down.
