Good morning. 3:39am here in middle Tennessee. It's cold. 19° cold. However will warm to 44° today under partly sunny skies. We have no wind and no rain expected. Zero chance of rain and 90% humidity. With all that being said it's a NOPE day. No smoking here today.
Yesterday was crazy. Ended up having to do 4 more showings of my house. By 4pm I was done. I received a offer on my home on Thursday night.
