Hi new to the group stoped smoking for a year half and took up vaping instead, trying to quit the vaping lowed my doses,But it is hard to stop any tips so use to haveing it in my hand all the time,  Thank you

Once you decide to quit and pick a date you need to get rid of the e-cigs and vape products, completely out, gone in the trash. One of the worst things about e-cigs is they are convenient, too convenient. Tobacco smokers we tell to get rid of the smokes and the ashtrays, this amounts to the same thing.

Decide on a quit method, cold turkey, NRT, Champix, or other.
