Good morning all
Happy Monday everybuddy!!!!

Up and going for the day today. Today is a screening day. I am doing assessments with kids all day. Smoking is not going to be part of my day today or any day. Keeping moving forward along the Freedom Road. I offer my hand to the next winner joining me kicking ash to the curb today.

Happy Monday!! Tman hope you feel better!! I hear that this cold/flu is a really bad one. I am still trying to shake the lingering affects of the flu as well. Glad that I don't smoke. Cig free day for me!!
